Course Description
Children and teenagers between 2 ½ and 12 years are warmly welcome to participate.
In the self-defense courses we benefit the ability of self-assertion, self-confidence and the social and emotional competence of your children. With age-appropriate role plays the children experience daily conflict situation in a playful new way. The children will be specifically trained to apply their voice, gesture, mime and upright posture, to send the right signals. In particular we strengthen the self-esteem of the children and with the ability and courage to say STOPP or NO very clear.
All the offers are adjusted individually on the needs and wants of the participating kids
All our self-assertion classes are guided with two trainers.
